Founded in 2020 from the attic room of Job and Ingmar, Mattan Records grew out of a shared passion and love for music. Today it’s both a record label, with artists such as The Vices, POM and Mood Bored, and a PR agency that facilitates promotion for labels and musicians looking to release their work.
Their specialty? Indie and alternative music.
Mattan Records is dedicated to helping artists chase their musical dreams. With a small, committed team that truly pays attention, they keep things personal and manageable. That way, every ounce of focus goes into the artists and labels they represent.
On the sun-drenched terrace of OASE, you'll find a place that is anything but standard. An alternative hair salon and record store, tucked away in a yellow container where style and sound come together. You can go there for a haircut without having to stare endlessly at your reflection. From the chair, you have a view of the Maas River with boats sailing peacefully by.
YOu cna also dig through a carefully selected vinyl collection, ranging from rock 'n roll, surf, soul and funk.
Welcome to your most magical open air film festival in summer in Rotterdam. For 12 days in August, the festival celebrates cinematic talent from around the world, presenting films at night at a playful location. Roffa Mon Amour thrills and moves you with a selection of colorful, daring films from new and known filmmakers, live Cinema Concerts, introductions, and Q&As. At a very special festival location, you travel from Tunis to Hong Kong to back again from New York to Rotterdam.
Next to the annual film festival, Roffa Mon Amour presents various other film events and collaborations throughout the year, as we open an inspiring and unpredictable world of cinema to a curious audience. Discover films that shock or hurt, that make you fall in love, or transport you to another world, all from well-selected locations in our beloved Rotterdam.
