On Thursday 2 April we’ll be serving guest chef Thirza’s dish for the very first time, a spring family recipe that celebrates the return of light and all the flavours the season has to offer.
Around 7pm, Thirza will share the story behind the dish and how it brings together everything this time of year stands for.
Thirza’s dish will be served at OASE’s Kantine until 12 April.
